We have successfully resolved the performance degradation affecting the Jakarta West region. The issue was caused by an internal storage component that did not automatically report its degraded state, which required manual verification and corrective action by our engineering team.
All necessary fixes have been completed, the system has been normalized, and service performance is now stable. Additional monitoring measures have also been applied to help prevent similar occurrences in the future.
